These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dynamic Wallpapers application (the “App”) provided by Atlas Code Lab. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Wallpapers provided in the App are for personal use within the App only. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of content that you did not create. All trademarks and brands referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
The App is supported by advertising provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. Your use of advertising is also subject to the policies of those providers.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Code Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
